Submit a project to Replacing Animal Research

If you don’t have an account yet, enter your email to register. Please note the email you register with will be shared when people ask for more information on a project you have posted.
Supervisors – How to use the platform
Step 1: Create a user profile
Add your email address above to receive an authentication token (number) to login. Check your spam box if needed.
Fill in the information fields on your profile. You can edit your profile information at any time.
Step 2: Submit a PhD Project
When logged in click on ‘Submit Project’ and fill in the relevant details. Some fields are mandatory. If you are unclear of the answer to any of the questions, please explain this in the ‘describe project section.’ Put in as much information as you can about the project.
The search function will pick up on key words used in the project description, please make sure all key words are included here
Step 3: How people can find out more
Your email will be added to the project as the person who submitted it – if there are alternative contact emails to find out more about the PhD project – please add this in the ‘describe project section’. If there is a relevant weblink related to the project, please add this as in the ‘URL field.’ If there is no link, please add a related University School or profile link.
Step 4: Project Approval
Once submitted, your project will be sent for review – if approved the project will appear on the platform and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can log in to delete the project or amend and resubmit it for approval at any time.
If the project is rejected, you will receive email confirmation of this. You can amend and resubmit or email ‘hello@replacinganimalresearch.org.uk’ to ask for more information on the reason it was rejected.
